In order to streamline support requests and better serve you and your ministry areas, we utilize a support ticket system. This support ticket system is for Production Department equipment* (audio, video, lighting, media) only. For all other facilities and/or staff issues, please contact hello@walnuthillcc.org or the appropriate Walnut Hill staff

Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which is used to track progress and provide you a simple way to receive status updates if desired.

Submitting support tickets helps us help your technology and A/V equipment to be in the best working condition!
