On the pillar left of the instant coffee machines, there's what looks like a light switch - flip this down to lower the projector screen.

Inside the cabinet doors between the bathrooms and the café, there is a remote for the projector as well as an HDMI cable. Use the blue power button on the projector remote to turn the projector on (you will hear a quiet beep). Plug your computer in via the HDMI port. When the projector turns on, you may find that it is not displaying your computer. Press the HDMI1 source button and you'll see your computer show up!
